Each year, the Energy Retailer Research Consortium issues the Annual Baseline Assessment of Choice in Canada and the United States (ABACCUS), a report about the status of retail electricity competition in North America. The ABACCUS report identifies the successful markets and examines the policy choices that led to those successes.
