An early stage investments (up to ~$500K) in a company that has a proprietary technology or business model in the clean tech space

A pairing of a cash investment with an investment in marketing services provided by EcoAlign, DEFG LLC's marketing business unit

Aim to build valuation over the a course of a year and advise for commercialization purposes
