• Customer Care issues have been addressed through the Customer Care Research Consortium from 2003 to 2011. • Prepaid Energy Working Group is a collection of energy utilities, retail energy suppliers, regulators and consumer advocates who work toward solutions to important regulatory concerns regarding prepaid energy services.

• The ABACCUS Advisory Board oversees the Annual Baseline Assessment of Choice in Canada and the United States. ABACCUS is a scorecard regarding consumer choice in restructured (unbundled or "deregulated") energy markets.
