DEFG Strategic Partners

The DEFG Managing Partners co-founded and currently manage the Customer Care Research Consortium (CCRC) with Navigant Consulting Inc. (NCI). The CCRC was founded to be an independent, fact-driven research consortium on customer care issues faced by utilities. CCRC brings together 22 of the leading gas and electric utilities in the country, covering well over half of all American energy consumers.
