DEFG Strategic Partners

The DEFG Managing Partners co-founded the Customer Care Research Consortium (CCRC) with Navigant Consulting Inc. (NCI) in 2003. The CCRC was created as an independent, fact-driven research consortium on customer care issues faced by utilities. CCRC brought together as many as 22 of the leading energy utilities in North America, covering well over half of all American energy consumers.
