Jorge Echeverria has worked for DEFG LLC since early 2008. He provides an international perspective for DEFG’s work on such matters as carbon markets and energy efficiency programs and standards. Prior to DEFG, Jorge worked in international development with the Inter-American Development Bank for three years. Jorge studied at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh PA), including two years of study in Europe. In 2004, Jorge received his undergraduate degree with a double major in International Relations and Political Science. Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, and he has a working knowledge of French. Jorge is a native of El Salvador and a US citizen.
